I was very satisfied with the service. Cannock Computer Services responded to my request for help quickly and kept me informed as to when you would call in my home in Stafford. My printer problem connecting to my new iMac was sorted out efficiently and I would be more than happy to both recommend and use Cannock Computer Services again.

What a great guy, I called them to look at my computer system and they fixed it in a flash you are best engineer I have seen for a long time within the I.T sector. Very reasonable price as well. I will be keeping your number in my phone book. Thanks

Highly recommended. Contacted CCS at the weekend not expecting to get a reply until the start of the working week but so relieved to get a reply within the hour. We were in a panic as we needed data retrieving from a USB which was urgently needed, hadn't been backed up and we were unsure if the USB was damaged beyond repair. I was able to drop the USB off on the Sunday evening and Neil started working on it first thing on the Monday morning. Gave me a very reasonable price both in the event of retrieving and not retrieving the data. I was very impressed and relieved that I was able to collect the data that same afternoon. Having met Neil I can say that he clearly has a lot of experience and felt that he was totally trustworthy and prepared to put himself out in order to help.

We were having real problems with our Sage accounts system and the new pensions module. After spending time on the phone to Sage they told us we needed to make some changes to our system which didn't make sense to us. We called Cannock Computer Services to take a look which they did via remote control. Within about ten minutes we had a diagnosis of the problem which was proved to be a bug in the system and the reasons for the diagnosis were explained in a clear fashion. Along with that we received guidance of how to re-approach Sage support in a bid to get the problem resolved by them without the risk of them saying it was our computer again. Money very well spent for us and we will definitely call on this company again. Fanstastic!

All of our niggling system problems are now solved and the technician added fast remote access to our office computers any time of the day easily which was lots cheaper than we thought it would be. Thank you very much!

I had been having trouble with my laptop running slow for ages and had several people (mainly friends of friends) who "knew about computers" look at it with no luck. A friend recommended Cannock Computer Services and not only was the service very friendly and helpful, they solved the problems and my business laptop was running like new again in a very short time. I would have no problem referring customers because I was very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. I will definitely use this company again.
